Here is why there is very little relationship between exercise and weight control: For every 3,500 calories that you eat more than you burn up you will gain one pound, no matter how much or how little you exercise.
For every 3,500 calories that you eat less than you burn up you will lose one pound, no matter how much or how little you exercise.
You can exercise all day long, but if you eat more calories than you burn up you will still gain weight! However, if you do no exercise at all, but you burn up more calories than you eat, you will still lose weight!
I hate counting calories, so I learned to estimate about how many calories I am eating. Sorry, there is no other way. Get an estimate from a nutritionist about how many calories YOU should burn up each day and use it to control your weight. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTROL YOUR WEIGHT

In 1976 I noticed my father starting to show his age, so I began studying about the aging process to give him information about staying youthful. I started this Foundation and received Federal and State tax exempt status for it.
I eventually went back to school and earned a Master’s Degree in Gerontology, the study of the aging process. My Master’s Thesis was the work called, “How To Live The Longest Possible.” It is now in its 13th Edition and is available on Amazon.
I’m 84 years old. I have no health problems, I need no medications, and I’m sexually active most days because I observe the lifestyle practices from my research.
My greatest pleasure in life now is showing people how to be youthful and to live the longest life they possibly can. I want people to live at least 15 years longer than they would if they had not met me.
